A dynamic collaboration between SCAD Atlanta students and notable local chefs, chefATL celebrates the vibrant and diverse culinary landscape of Atlanta. The student-produced series—premiering in mid‑2025 on WABE TV (PBS‑30) and available nationwide via PBS Passport—pairs emerging filmmakers with culinary luminaries such as Deborah VanTrece (Twisted Soul Cookhouse), Steven Satterfield (Miller Union), Terry Koval (The Deer and The Dove), Parnass Savang (Talat Market), Jiyeon Lee (Heirloom Market), and Hector Santiago (El Super Pan) 
Each episode guides SCAD students into kitchens and markets across Atlanta—gathering fresh, locally sourced ingredients before collaborating side‑by‑side with award‑winning chefs to craft meals rich in story, tradition, and flavor. The series weaves together Atlanta’s culinary culture through the lens of sustainability, creativity, and community .
